What we provide

We support older adults with complex needs through specialized behavioral health teams.

Psychiatry and medication management

Board-certified psychiatrists who specialize in older adult behavioral health and coordinate closely with your existing care plan.

Talk therapy

Licensed therapists trained to work with older adults across a full range of presenting concerns, from anxiety and depression to grief, cognitive changes, and caregiver stress.

Care managers

A dedicated care team that manages the details: scheduling, reminders, insurance, and keeping everyone moving towards the patients’ goals.

Urgent and after-hours support

An on-call clinician is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For patients in crisis, we can get a clinician on the line within an hour—often keeping patients out of the ED.

  • Engagement updates so you know when care is underway
  • Direct coordination back to the referring provider
  • Warm handoff support, including three-way calls from your office
  • Same-day urgent appointments when your patient needs immediate help
  • 24/7 on-call clinician coverage for those we serve
