What to expect during our first conversation

Our goal is to make every step easier; your first call is no exception. Here's a sense of what we'll cover together in your first conversation.

step 01

The basics about your loved one

Their first name, age, and what's been going on lately. You don't need a diagnosis or any documentation. Your concerns are enough.

step 01

Insurance information, if you have it

We work with traditional Medicare, Medicare-Medicaid (dual-eligible), and many Medicare Advantage plans. If you have their card nearby, we can confirm coverage in a few minutes. See accepted plans.

step 01

Your questions

There's no wrong question. Bring whatever's been keeping you up at night, and we'll do our best to answer.

step 01

A quick conversation

Plan for about 20 minutes; that's usually all the first call takes. We'll listen, answer your questions, and talk over what comes next once you’ve made a decision—no pressure to move forward.

Common caregiver questions about our services

Hear the questions that family members and caregivers frequently ask before starting with us.If you have another question or you’d like more information, please give us a call at 1-800-423-4400.

We promise, the hardest part is picking up the phone.

Whether you want to talk now or send a few details first, we're ready to make caring easier whenever you are.
